The effect of cesarean section on the incidence of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction

Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect cesarean section (CS) on incidence and recovery congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (CNLDO). Methods: files patients diagnosed with CNLDO, epiphora, dacryocystitis under age 24 months were identified retrospectively. Patients divided into 2 groups according whether they born via normal vaginal delivery (VD) or CS.
